What am I supposed to submit?
Do I have to submit the MVP or can I go on with the stuff that is in the "What We'd Add With More Time" section of the PRD?
The last point of the build checklist is "Submit your project to Devpost", and I am not allowed to iterate, before the list is finished, but the submit form asks if it got through all the steps including /evaluate, which happens after /build and /iterate.
Plus in the additional info section of the submit form there is an upload file field and an upload your files to storage software field, but no explanation what we are supposed to upload in either field. One would be the docs, but what would be the other?

Great catches and sincere apologies for the delay. Quick answers:
1. Submit whatever you have. No judging, no prizes. The completion bar is on the hackathon page: scope, PRD, spec, checklist, and a working app, plus your zipped docs/ folder and a code repo link. The MVP meets that bar. "What We'd Add With More Time" is for you to keep working on after the hackathon if you want and to let us know what you had in mind.
2. Plugin steps vs. form question: The page's completion criteria are scope → PRD → spec → checklist → working app. /iterate and /reflect (the renamed /evaluate in newer plugin versions) are additional learning steps. Worth doing if you have time, but not required by the page. Just answer the form question honestly based on where you got. It doesn't gate your submission. And the "Submit your project to Devpost" item at the end of the /build checklist is a reminder of the final destination, not a literal step inside /build. If you have time, /iterate first and then submit.
3. Two fields:
File upload: zip your docs/ folder and upload here.
Software link: if you want to share an additional cloud-hosted website / assets / compiled application etc.
Thanks for flagging this. Really useful feedback for the next iteration.
